For most artic glass printing, traditional printer is used. But this kind of glass printing cannot last long outdoor. Normally it can keep only 2-3 years and then the colors will fade.

The ceramic enamel whose functional or decorative coating applied to the glass surface can make the glass more beautiful. At the same time, it can increase mechanical and chemical resistance. Once the ceramic enamel is applied uniformly, the glass is heated to a temperature of about 650 -780 degrees Celsius at which point it begins to soften. This process makes the ceramic enamel to fuse with the glass permanently. That’s why the colors will never fade outdoor.
Meanwhile, during the heating process, the glass can be curved and twisted to different shapes, which make the glass for more aesthetic purpose. After the process the glass has highly resilient UV resistant, and abrasion and chemical-resistant color. Its mechanical warping strength is usually four or five times higher than that of regular glass. Once the glass is broken, the fractures are very small and harmless shards, which ensure the safety and security of those who may come into contact with the broken glass.
YD-F2550SG prints 6 colors for the special glass ink, which are green, black, cyan, magenta, yellow and white. The printing size of YD-F2550SG is 25mm * 5000mm.
