Therefore, to minimize customer’s follow-up costs, and achieve better and more stable inkjet flatbed printing, we will consider some additional functions when designing and producing a printer. As a professional manufacturer, how we avoid our UV flatbed print head from damage? It mainly includes five main aspects.

1. Anti-collision Device

This is an additional device special designed to prevent carriage and printhead. If the carriage collides with obstacles, it will automatically stops. In addition to protect carriage and flatbed printer head. It also protect human safety.

2. Suction printing platform

When printing light and thin materials, such as plastic film, paper, the suction function can prevent material jitter on the flat printing bed, so to deliver more accurate printing. On the other hand, it can prevent these materials from wrinkling and prevent scraping print nozzles.

3. Strongly oxidized flatbed printing platform

YOTTA UV LED flatbed printers are equipped with strongly oxidized platform. When the ultraviolet light emitted form LED curing lamp cure the UV printing ink on substrates, strongly oxidized printing bed can prevent the light from being reflected to print nozzles, further preventing ink clogging of nozzles.

4. Anti-static device

Static electricity is a matter of concern. It will affect the inkjet printing quality, and may even lead to short circuit and printhead clogging. With anti-static device, we can avoid these problems as much as possible.

Currently, anti-static device is an optional device of YOTTA printers. Because there will be different needs according to printing materials.

5. The best adapter board position

According to printhead position and the printhead line, we find the best position to place the conversion board, so that the printhead cable will not too tight, and extend the life of the printhead.
